Ask the wedding planner
-
How much does it cost to get married in Italy? The price can vary quite a lot and it depends on many different factors. If you wish a civil ceremony, the price differs from town to town as it is established by the local council. For all other services we work with many different suppliers that offer different price points, so we are able to give you a precise quote. Get in touch with us and let us know what your dream wedding looks like and we will make sure we find the right arrangement for you.
-
What can you help with?We help with everything you need from day 1 in the planning. We can provide you with suggestions of venues for the ceremony itself and also for your and your guests' acommodation. We can help you book the townhouse and of course act as an intermediary in all communication. We can help you select the best service providers, including: video- and photographers, hairdressers, make-up artists, florists, restaurant, musicians, DJs and anything else you wish. We can also arrange a wedding officiant for symbolic ceremonies and/or a translator if you prefer a religious or civil ceremony. We can help create the most memorable experience for you and your guests from the moment you arrive in Italy to the moment you head back home. Wine tastings, guided tours, entertainment and anything else you can think of.
-
How early in advance should we book?We usually recommend to book at least one year in advance. That depends on on how many guests you would like to have and what time of the year you would like to get married.
-
What time of the year is it best to get married? All year round! It depends entirely on what experience you would like out of your wedding. Summer in Italy is long and it can be warm from May to October. Some couples also prefer to marry in winter as it gives a different atmosphere.
-
Can you help us book the music and entertainment to the ceremony as well as the party?Absolutely! We can help you find both musicians and DJs. We can also help you hire speakers or other music equipment, if you prefer.
-
Who marry us?If you choose to get married in a civil ceremony, then the officiant will be the mayor or another employee of the townhouse on behalf of the mayor - we will of course act as interpreters. If you prefer a religious ceremony then a priest or other religious representative is the officiant and, again, we can translate all the ceremony in real time. If you prefer a symbolic ceremony we can act as officiants or arrange one for you.
-
What documents will we need?If you wish a symbolic ceremony no documents are needed. Should you prefer a civil or a religious ceremony we can provide information about the documents but would need to know more about your citizenship and where are located.
-
What is the minimum/maximum number of guests to book with Italienska Bröllop? We have no minimum or maximum number. Whether it's only the couple with no guests or with hundreds of guests, we will give you a warm welcome.
-
Do you help arrange accommodation both for us and our guests?Yes!
-
Can you help us get married only in and around Rome or anywhere in Italy? We work anywhere in Italy, including on the islands.
-
I would like to propose - can you help me with that?Of course! We can help you organise a memorable proposal!
